The RCM is seeking to appoint a Projects Co-ordinator to lead on the management, development and maintenance of all project administration systems and procedures to support the smooth running of the More Music team members and project.

The postholder will:

• Provide an efficient, pro-active and organised administrative service to the Courtyard Project Internal Manager, Head of Projects and the wider Projects Estates teams
• Be overall responsible for setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes for the efficient running of the Project; including keeping accurate and detailed records of all relevant project activities
• Assist with managing day-to-day operational aspects of the More Music project and act as the first point of contact for enquiries by students, professors, administrative staff and visitors
