Teaching Associate in Musicology

The Department of Music seeks to appoint a part-time Teaching Fellow in Music (0.3 FTE from 1 September 2018 to 30 June 2019). This is a fixed term post for 10 months.  You will have completed, or be close to completing, a doctorate in Musicology. You will already have some relevant teaching experience.

You will have a particular interest in twentieth-century music, with research and/or teaching interests that include film music, and the intersection between music and war. You will contribute to teaching programmes at undergraduate level. You will assist with other aspects of the running of the Department of Music (including hosting the Music Futures programme).
