The Gaudete Singers directed by David Leigh

Tickets on the door: €20, conc. €15, students €5 with ID, all including a glass of wine/soft drink afterwards.

Songs of the River is an eclectic mix of music written about rivers near and far. We explore the Arno and the Tiber in Italy, the Thames in England, the Mississippi and Red River in America and the biblical river of Babylon. Other setting are of rivers in general and/or settings of poetry.

This light hearted programme about waterways large and small will be sure to delight. This wonderful music will be heard to good effect in the beautifully refurbished Unitarian Church, so come and enjoy some summery sounds of musical rivers.
We hope to see you on 9th June and please join us for a glass of wine after the concert (included in the ticket price).
