Friday, 29 June 2018, 5.00pm

The Historical Harp Society of Ireland was founded in 2002 to assist the rediscovery of the early Irish harp – depicted in the Irish national emblem – which died out in the early nineteenth century after 800+ years.

The Society runs the premier world festival for the instrument each August in Kilkenny with experts and participants from around the world attending.

The Historical Harp Society of Ireland wishes to engage an administrator for Scoil na gCláirseach – Festival of Early Irish Harp 2018. The successful applicant will work with the Festival in Kilkenny 12-20 August. Please contact the Society for further details and renumeration package.

Your duties will include handling money and box office duties. Wordpress experience would be an advantage. Arts and festival administration experience desirable but not essential.

Please send letters of application, together with a CV, to The Director, The Historical Harp Society of Ireland, 33 Altamount Park, Kilkenny, Co. Kilkenny R95 R7DE or by email to info [at] irishharp.org to arrive by Friday, 29 June, 2018.
