Lincoln School of Film and Media seeks a suitably qualified and experienced lecturer keen to cover for maternity leave in the area of sound theory.

Principal duties include supervision of undergraduate dissertations covering a broad range of audio related topics (e.g. film and game sound, auditory culture, sound art, popular music, radio); supervision of final year audio projects, providing tutorial support to students developing substantial final year practice projects; co-ordination of a level 5 theory module on innovative and experimental approaches to sound across different media; teaching on key concepts in sound plus related areas. You will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of teaching materials (lectures and seminars) and related assessment and feedback.

You will also be required to undertake a small amount of additional duties related to supporting teaching and learning as directed by the Head of School.
