nonclassical is seeking a dedicated, imaginative manager and administrator who can lead and motivate the organisation’s small (but perfectly formed) team and roster of associate artists. They will be in charge of devising and delivering a substantial and innovative programme of work to the highest artistic level, ranging from large live events to releases on the nonclassical record label. The Executive Director is the public face of the organisation – working with a wide range of stakeholders, establishing and developing partnerships (inter)nationally – and therefore excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital.
