As the Orchestra’s 70th Anniversary Season comes to close it is seeking to strengthen its fundraising capacity with the appointment of a resourceful and enthusiastic development professional. Working closely with the Deputy Managing Director (who is also the Head of Development) and the recently appointed Trusts and Foundations Manager, the Development Coordinator will be active across all aspects of the Orchestra’s fundraising including sponsorship, Trusts & Foundations, major donors and the various membership groups.

Attention to detail and the diligent stewardship of the RPO’s benefactors will be of paramount importance and the Development Coordinator will be comfortable engaging with supporters at all levels, including Ultra High Net Worth individuals and senior business people.

This stimulating role will provide an ideal opportunity for a Development professional with 2-3 years’ fundraising experience (not necessarily in the arts) who is looking to develop their career within a high profile and dynamic organisation.

This is a full-time and permanent position with a salary of £23,000 per annum.
