The Royal College of Music is seeking to appoint a Learning & Participation Assistant to support the work of RCM Sparks, the College’s flagship Learning and Participation department. RCM Sparks provides opportunities for everyone to make or learn about music at the RCM and gives access to inspirational learning experiences for all regardless of financial means. The postholder will:

– Act as first point of contact for public and students’ telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries regarding RCM Sparks
– Take responsibility for the administration and coordination of a selection of RCM Sparks projects – liaising with schools, partners, professional workshop leaders, the public and students
– Assist at RCM Sparks events, performances and workshops, working occasional evenings and weekends as required
