Marketing & Communications Administrator

The Guildhall School of Music & Drama is looking for a Marketing & Communications Administrator to join its busy, proactive marketing team that works across student recruitment and promotion of public performances as well as internal communications. This role will provide administrative support to the department, including distribution of marketing materials, minute taking for committees and working groups, database maintenance and invoice processing. They will also have the opportunity to be involved in internal communications activity, co-ordinating the staff e-newsletter and intranet content, and to work on the production of minor marketing materials.

The sucessful candidate will have administrative experience in a similar role and be capable of handling competing deadlines, with a high level of customer service. They will be highly organised and efficient, with excellent communication skills and an attention to detail. Essential is a working knowledge of classical music and an enthusiasm for marketing and communications. Knowledge of theatre and/or higher education is also desirable.
