This job will demand that the successful candidate will be experienced in developing the personal careers of new music artists. Southampton Solent University is looking for specialisms in drums, keyboards, vocals and guitar. 

A proven record of strong coordination working in a music department and collaborative working across a variety of music workshop scenarios will be necessary, alongside experience of delivering HE level teaching to music students. Teaching drums and music artist development will be a key feature of this role, so candidates may possess other music related skills which could enhance their application.
