ACM currently has an exciting opening for two full-time Programme Officers based out of Guildford campus who can demonstrate that they understand the critical importance of achieving excellent, measurable, quality results in the education sector for all of their students. The Programme Officers would be predominantly working with the Production and Performance schools, providing administrative support to Senior Programme Officers and Pathway Leaders as needed.

The Programme Officer’s main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Proactive attendance monitoring
• Data input
• Student liaison as directed by Senior Programme Officers
• Scheduling meetings with students for Senior Programme Officers and Pathway Leaders
• Invigilating exams and assisting with videoing summative exams
• Assisting with assessment administration
• Assisting with the collation of statistic data
