Main Purpose of the Role
In this role you will work alongside the A.R.T.S team, providing support and assistance. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Filing and archiving on behalf of department.
• Liaising with artist managers and accountants and developing and building relationships.
• Chasing for artist accounts when due and following up where necessary.
• Assisting with reviewing artist accounts and flagging issues where necessary.
• Maintaining department spreadsheets & databases.
• Working closely with labels to create a database to log festivals/events.
• Additional ad hoc duties where necessary. 

Person Specification
Essential:
• Proactive individual with ability to use own initiative.
• Passionate about music with a desire to work in the commercial side of the industry.
• The ability to learn quickly.
• Self-motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised and systematic with the ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Flexible and able to prioritise own workload.
• Good computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
• Experience of working in an office environment.

Desirable:
• Experience working in ‘music’ (personal or professional) is advantageous.
• An understanding of Commercial Finance and Business Affairs within the Music Industry.
