Contemporary Music Centre (CMC) is undertaking a project to digitise, preserve and migrate part of its sound archive, score and ephemera collections. CMC is requesting proposals for digitisation and migration of a subcollection of its cassettes, CDs, scores and ephemera. The project will commence in July 2018 and must be completed by October 2018.

CMC wishes to identify and select suitable vendor(s) to carry of the following:

• Digitise a collection of 250 cassettes for preservation and access purposes. The cassettes date from the late 1980s to early 2000s.

• Migrate 1200 CDs to CMC’s central media file store

• Digitisation of 100 handwritten scores and collection of 50 concert programmes
