Arts in Action: ConTempo

Under NUI Galway’s Arts in Action initiative, the Galway ConTempo Quartet perform a lunchtime concert next Thursday, 29th September at 1pm. A collaboration with poets Eva Bourke and Vincent Woods, who have recently launched their poetry collection of poetry - Fermata -  relating to music, this event will examine the links between music and poetry. Poets and musicians will interact with, and react to, each other linking their art forms through the work of writers and composers throughout the centuries. Admission is free, all welcome!
