This workshop will look at the options available to artists as they seek funding for their work. From grant applications to crowd funding and individual fundraising this session will help artists understand the many options for funding, keys to success, as well as identifying the common pitfalls. This session is aimed at artists who are undertaking a major exhibition, publication, commission etc. so would not be suitable for artist seeking funding for living expenses. Morning session will involve presentations by Eamonn Maxwell and the afternoon will be group discussion based. Each artist will present briefly on their practice and what they would like feedback on (max 10 minutes) and will receive feedback from Eamonn Maxwell.
