Request for Tender (RFT) for Service provision and delivery of National Advertising and Integrated Media Campaign for Carlow Arts Festival 2019.

Scope of services:

The successful tenderer will be responsible to the Festival Director. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the planning and delivery and purchase of services for the National Advertising and Integrated Media Campaign Strategy. Delivery on this strategy should incorporate the principles of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) to achieve the following objectives:

  • To achieve best prices, placement and purchase of national advertising in traditional media (print/radio/TV) suitable for a festival of the size and scope of Carlow Arts Festival
  • To achieve best prices and purchase of associated design and print services
  • To achieve best prices for purchase of national and international advertising in online media (Google ad words, social media etc.)
  • To purchase national public relations services, in line with the multiplier effect of PR towards achieving national advertising
  • To secure a national media partner for Carlow Arts Festival towards achieving national advertising
  • To measure outcomes of all national advertising/integrated media purchased/achieved, and make recommendations for future strategies
