An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full time Music Therapist Clinical Research Assistant to join the eveloping Cambridge Institute for Music Therapy Research in the Faculty of Arts, Law and Social Sciences.  In this role, you’ll contribute to research projects, carrying out music therapy sessions, planning and assisting with the day-to-day running of projects in areas including music and the brain, music therapy and neuroscience, adult mental health, autism, children and families and end of life care. A major element of the role will also be to collect data, conduct literature reviews and database searches, as part of key research projects. 

With an MA in Music Therapy, you’ll be experienced in undertaking research and have Music Therapy clinical experience in at least one field with an understanding of clinical and research environments and with excellent written and oral communication skills.
