The RNCM is seeking to appoint a Knowledge Exchange Manager to join a vibrant research and performance programming environment at the RNCM. This is a new role and builds on the success of the College in Knowledge Exchange and Public Engagement activities. The post-holder will manage Knowledge Exchange activity at the RNCM to implement its ambitious new Knowledge Exchange Strategy. Working collaboratively with academic, performance and professional services staff, the post-holder will develop new partnerships and commercial income opportunities with a range of organisations, including business, industry, charities and government agencies. The post-holder will be based in a flourishing and highly successful Research environment and will work closely with a number of other departments across the college, in particular, with Performance and Programming, Marketing and Finance.

The post will suit an experienced and ambitious manager, administrator and/or researcher with a desire to lead and develop knowledge exchange and public and business engagement opportunities at a leading specialist institution in the creative sector.
