The Lalala Choir

The Lalala Choir

Thursday, 1 October 2015, 7.30pm

Conducted by Sam Kavanagh, The Lalala Choir is bringing a new community-based choral project to Dublin for the first time. Participation is key; over ten weeks, no matter what your ability, we bring people together from all walks of life to sing as a group.

The first season will introduce a variety of new music and group-singing techniques by developing exciting things like healthy vocal technique, polyphonic hearing and improvisation skills; always with an emphasis on creating an enjoyable, musical atmosphere.

We meet on Thursdays from 7:30 to 9:30pm starting 1st October in the Fumbally Stables, above the Fumbally Cafe in the heart of Dublin’s city centre.

If you’ve been thinking about joining a choir, are looking for something new to do with friends, or want to meet new people, the Lalala choir is open to all ages and all abilities. So sign up, sing and see for yourself.
