The Royal Opera House is seeking to appoint an Assistant Chorus Manager, to provide effective support to the Chorus Manager and Opera Company office, across a range of work and including interface with chorus members, extra chorus, actors and dancers.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with a systematic approach, ideally within a professional arts organisation
  • Experience of supporting the work of a professional Opera chorus, actors and dancers or an orchestral/theatrical ensemble
  • Strong oral and written English language skills with accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Capacity to manage a busy workload with high productivity
  • Experience of running auditions for professional engagements 
  • Knowledge of operatic repertoire and awareness of current trends in the music/operatic world.
