This is a key role within the Orchestra’s administration. The Executive Assistant supports the Managing Director and Heads of Departments, who together make up the 8-strong Senior Management Team.

In the dual role of Concerts Assistant, the postholder provides assistance to the Tours and Projects Manager in the organisation of the Orchestra’s busy international touring schedule, and to the Concerts and Projects Coordinator in the administration of the Royal Festival Hall Own Promotion Season.

The Executive Assistant to the Senior Management Team and Concerts Assistant is a member of the Orchestra’s Concerts Department, which has responsibility for managing the Orchestra’s programme of concerts at London’s Southbank Centre, residencies and engagements across the UK, overseas touring, and recordings and films.
