The aim of the Audience Development Officer is: 

To provide Audience Development services for An Táin Arts Centre.

To develop and maintain relationships with local communities and key stakeholders, including active retirement and men’s shed groups, youth clubs, sporting organisations, primary, secondary and third level schools, corporate social clubs, and other communities of place or interest.

In collaboration with the Managing Director and Assistant Manager, to initiate and lead audience-focussed arts events, workshops, tours, talks and other programming.

To implement the sales and marketing strategy of An Táin Arts Centre, and to support the administrative and front of house functions of the organisations when needed.

To act as a point of information for the organisation, dealing with customer enquiries, and providing a high level of service to all An Táin Arts Centre visitors.
