Mezzo Music Academy is seeking qualified, enthusiastic & reliable music teachers to join our team from September 2017.  

This role is ideal for experienced teachers who wish to share their passion of music with children, teenagers and adults. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of humour, enjoy teaching, and hope to inspire their students by instilling in them a life-long love of music.  

Candidates should have completed relevant graded examinations with a recognised exam board, and have the minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s Degree in Music. Candidates should be familiar with relevant examination syllabi (ABRSM/RIAM/Trinity College London/Registered Guitar Tutors/Junior & Leaving Certificate Music). A minimum of 2 years teaching experience is essential. Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting.

Mezzo is a busy, purpose-built music academy on Greenlea Road in Terenure, Dublin 6W. We offer private & group tuition in the following instruments; Voice, Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello, Acoustic Guitar, Classical Guitar, Bass Guitar, Electric Guitar, Ukulele, Flute, Recorder, Tin Whistle, Saxophone, Clarinet, Trumpet, Trombone, French Horn, Drums & Theory of Music, as well as Junior, Senior & Adult Choirs, Opera Club, Music Appreciation, Kindermusik, Pre-Instrumental and Performance & Technique Masterclasses. Our opening hours during term time are Monday - Friday 9am - 9.30pm and Saturdays 9am - 6pm.
