This is a new development opportunity for a music leader and/or project manager with experience of working in youth and community settings to support the establishment and delivery of ‘Your Music Spaces’, regional inclusive ensembles and performance opportunities for young musicians with special educational needs/disability and/or from economically deprived or culturally poor areas.

In addition, you will need to have demonstrable experience of working with young people from these groups, the ability to relate well to young people and adults with differing needs and knowledge of a range of musical genres, styles and traditions.
