North Atlantic Fiddle Convention Festival (NAFCo) 2018 Intern
Apply for a 10-week internship working with staff of the Elphinstone Institute, and community partners, to deliver the upcoming North Atlantic Fiddle Convention (NAFCo) 2018, which will include an academic symposium, a youth music camp, and a festival of more than 150 workshops, concerts, talks, film screenings, sessions and more.
The intern will be involved in all areas of event logistics and planning, marketing & promotions, as well as on-the-ground event delivery during the five-day festival. An ideal opportunity for a student registered in the BMus Music & Communities programme, or another individual interested in fiddle and dance traditions and public engagement.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 2 scale (£16,654 per annum), with placement according to qualifications and experience.
