Sound Engineer - music appreciation tutor

Clare Youth Service, a voluntary youth work organisation, is the leading provider of youth work programmes and services to young people in the county.  As part of the ongoing development of the organisation applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the post of: Sound Engineer - Music Appreciation Tutor (Part-time 14 hours)

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience of, and the ability to engage young people in an outreach setting
  • The proven ability to develop and deliver relevant certified programmes
  • A relevant third-level qualification
  • Significant experience of Sound Engineering
  • Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Openness awareness and understanding of current and all forms of music
  • Good promotional and event management skills
  • This post involves work on evenings and weekends.

    Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
