Confident and charismatic choir motivator wanted to join our sing & inspire team as part of the wider inspireMe brand. You must be a natural performer with a great ear for harmonies, the competency to conduct choirs and have brilliant leadership qualities. You must also be able to represent both the sing & inspire and inspireMe brands. We’re a small, fast-paced business where taking ownership and being a team player is key – there is no space for egos here yet grounded, switched on individuals with great energy will go far. We need people who bring creative ideas to table and have the drive to see them through. We are looking for an authentic, emotionally intelligent person who is consistent in their behaviours and can communicate effectively.

Your key roles will involve motivating business choirs, leading singing team building events and supporting with administration and project work. You will become an expert in engagement and people development so you must be open to NLP techniques, personal development and inspiring others to reach their potential. We want to attract people who trust, have passion, generosity and understand the importance of well-being. It’s an exciting opportunity to develop with a growing business and we want to invest in someone who is committed to our company and lives and breathes our values and brand.

Desired experience would include a Music or Acting Degree, presentation skills, gig experience (both in performing and organising), experience of conducting choirs and have a superb singing voice. Transferable skills are also taken into consideration.

This is a full-time position based in Cardiff. This role may require some flexibility with travel and working outside of usual office hours.
