Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Music Education

The School of Arts Education and Movement at Dublin City University is seeking to recruit a Lecturer/Assistant Professor(s) to work collaboratively as a member(s) of the Music Education team.

The School requires a candidate who has a strong background in Music Education at primary / post-primary levels or other educational contexts and should have a minimum of three years relevant experience.

Applicants for the post must hold an honours degree and a post-graduate qualification in Education in areas related to Music Education, preferably at Doctoral level. Experience in teacher education is highly desirable.

Experience of working in a range of diverse and inclusive music education contexts – including online and blended – would be considered advantageous. Fluency in Irish is desirable.
