The Traditional Arts Project Award supports initiatives in the field of traditional music, song, dance and the oral arts commencing in the first half of 2016.

The purpose of the award is to support stand-alone projects that enrich the traditional-arts landscape by facilitating artists in bringing large-scale, innovative, ambitious and high-quality projects to audiences. 

The maximum amount awarded is €60,000.

All applications must be made through the Arts Council’s Online Services.
