Westway Trust’s arts and cultural programmes aim to support this diverse and talented local community to thrive and increase access and opportunities for local people to benefit from participation in the arts.

Westway Trust provides funding, space, advice and support for local artists and makers, arts organisations, creative businesses, festivals, projects and events. The Head of Arts and Culture will support the development of new arts and cultutral spaces for North Kensington and develop an inclusive arts and cultural strategy for the Trust that benefits the local and emerging artists and maximises the area’s strong cultural assets.

You will be a big picture thinker, an articulate communicator and have a passion for connecting the community with arts and culture. The successful candidate will have the ability to assess and respond to community interests in creating cultural arts opportunities that enliven and enhance the individual and collective experience.
