Moving on Music Announces 2018/19 Emerging Artists

Pete Devlin, Daryl Martin and Constance Keane will receive mentorship and performance opportunities.

Belfast music promoter Moving on Music has announced three songwriters as their Emerging Artists for 2018/19: Pete Devlin, Porphyry (Daryl Martin) and Fears (Constance Keane).

The Emerging Artists programme, now in its third year, is a development programme for early-career muscians from a range of genres. The selected musicians will receive mentoring, marketing and PR advice and material, and performance and networking opportunities.

Pete Devlin
Pete Devlin is a songwriter. Over the course of the programme he will develop new works, culminating in an LP release.

Porphyry (Daryl Martin)
Daryl Martin is a folk/electronica and audiovisual artist from Derry. Current projects include a series of audiovisual works based on modern myths. As part of the Emerging Artist programme he will be working towards an album release.  

Fears (Constance Keane)
Constance Keane is a Dublin and Belfast-based musician and producer who also works with visual arts. She recently performed at Other Voices and regularly performs live and DJs in Belfast. Keane will also be working on an album and video release.
