Are You Planning an All-Ireland Music Tour in 2017?

The Arts Council's touring scheme is currently seeking applications.

The Arts Council’s Touring and Dissemination of Work Scheme, which this year distributed over €1.4m to tours in music, theatre, visual arts, circus, literature and dance, is now seeking applications. The deadline for submissions is 15 December 2016 at 5.30pm.

The current round of the scheme is designed to support the touring and dissemination of work for tours starting between July 2017 and December 2017, and is open to applicants who are resident in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. Tours may travel to both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Recipients in 2016 have included Chamber Choir Ireland (€39,677), The Dock/The Pipes, The Pipes (€33,455), Kaleidoscope Night (€29,259) Improvised Music Company/Monster Music Improv (€24,124), and the Vanbrugh String Quartet (€23,780).
