Brian Farrell Plays Benjamin Dwyer's 'Canción para ella'

Brian Farrell, a classical guitarist from Dublin, studied and took masterclasses with David Russell, Carlos Bonell, Costas Cotsiolis, Paul Gregory and Vladimír Mikulk, and has performed with the Turina Guitar Trio and the Tirando Guitar Quartet. 

Farrell was also involved for several years with the organisation Mostly Modern, with the composer Benjamin Dwyer, organising a range of contemporary music concerts and festivals in Dublin.

Best known for his arrangements of popular song, after a recording break of fifteen years, Farrell has now released three CDs within a fourteen-month period that cover a wide range of styles. The CDs are titled Six Dancers, True Colours and Luminoso.
