Music Capital Scheme Project Manager

Music Network has issued a call for tenders for the position of Project Manager for the Music Capital Scheme.

Music Network, recently granted €200,000 for the Music Capital Scheme which provides funds for both professional and non-professional performing artists and community groups, has issued a call for tenders for the position of Project Manager for the Scheme.

The Project Manager will co-ordinate the project, including publicising the Scheme, handling submissions, and acting as a liaison between Music Network, scheme applicants, the selection panel, and the public and press. Applicants must have experience working with both professional artists and community/non-professional groups, and an awareness of the issues surrounding music development in Ireland. Submissions must take the form of a 2-page proposal outlining an approach and the candidate’s own suitability for the position, accompanied by a CV and a proposed management fee structure.

The contract term is from September 2012 to February 2013, and the deadline for applications is Friday 7 September. Submissions and enquiries should go to ceo [at] musicnetwork.ie.
