RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra to perform in Waterford
Principal Conductor Alan Buribayev will make his debut outside Dublin with the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra, in a concert at the WIT College Street Chapel in Waterford on 23 February at 8pm.

The programme features Grieg’s Norwegian Dances, Brahms’ first symphony and Delius’s Double Concerto for Violin and Cello, the latter with soloists Alan Smale and Martin Johnson.
Two of the featured works, the Greig and the Delius, will also be performed in the orchestra’s concert in the National Concert Hall in Dublin on 24 February. The Brahms will be replaced with Prokofiev’s third symphony at the Dublin date, with the addition too of a ‘Wild Card’ surprise work.
