Win €10,000 by Celebrating Dublin Through Music

The Uniquely Dublin competition — a collaboration between Dublin City Council, Tourism Ireland, Dublin Bus and the Little Museum of Dublin — is intended to celebrate Dublin city through a number of creative media, including film, visual arts, the written word, animation, graphic design, photography and music.

Musicians are invited submit a piece of music of up to four minutes. Entries should be high quality audio recordings and submitted by email to music [at] uniquelydublin.ie by 28 January 2013.

A shortlist will selected by a panel that includes the economist David McWilliams, the senator Ivana Bacik, the historian Diarmaid Ferriter and the promoter and presenter Gerry Godley. The shortlist will be on display in the Little Museum from 15 February to 5 March, and the public will vote for an overall winner in this time.

The winner of each category will receive a prize of €1,000, with a prize of €10,000 reserved for an overall winner.
