The successful tenderer will be responsible for the development and delivery of a high quality arts programme for children in identified city libraries and localities supported by the associated development of educational, community and cultural partnerships. It is anticipated that the roll-out of Creative Hubs for the contract period will be within Ballyfermot Library and Cabra Library and Coolock Library, with R&D beginning in a 4th library hub.
