The Centre for Contemporary Art Derry~Londonderry (CCA) is hosting a series of three digital residencies this year; two applicants will be selected through this open call to follow the inaugural digital residency from Alberta Whittle in May 2021. The residency will last for one week, with each participant receiving an artist fee of £500.

The residency is open to applications from artists as well as collectives or collaborations. The content of the residency does not have to fit into one category or medium; CCA is interested in hearing about proposals for live online events, performances, digital installations, film, resource sharing and more. CCA is looking to select one NI-based and one international artist/collective.

The residency will be coordinated by CCA’s Marketing Assistant Fiona Allan and she will provide an open line of communication between her and the artist when curating the digital content for the website.

The deadline is Saturday 1 May 2021 at midnight.
