The Royal Academy of Music is hiring an Access and Participation Manager.

The post holder will have an excellent knowledge and experience of pre-18 music education and the transition to higher education. They will have an excellent understanding of the current national access and participation agenda, and will be committed to widening access and participation in the context of intensive, high-level specialist training.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience and understanding of the higher education sector in the UK. You will have experience of delivering access and participation initiatives in a specialist environment, along with the ability to influence and inspire colleagues at all levels. You will be have excellent communication skills, be tactful and diplomatic and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues on developing outstanding musicians and performers of the future.
