RETURN TO LONDON TOWN FESTIVAL 2022 - LONDON'S 24th FESTIVAL OF TRADITIONAL IRISH MUSIC, SONG AND DANCE

Brogan McAuliffe’s parents hail from Killarney, Co. Kerry. She was raised in a musical household and taught the tin whistle by her mother, Fidelma. At the age of 10 Brogan took up the concertina under the tutelage of Maureen Linane.
Brogan holds 4 All-Ireland titles has performed as a band member with ‘The London Lasses’ for 10 years. She has played at world class venues including the Royal Albert Hall, the Barbican Centre and Trafalgar Square. Brogan also both performed with the National Folk Orchestra of Ireland, debuting Michael Rooney’s ‘Macalla 1916’ Suite during an Irish tour and a grand performance at the Barbican Centre, London. Brogan enjoyed touring Ireland and Britain as part of the most recent Comhaltas tour.
She is an active member of the thriving London music scene and enjoys teaching both whistle and concertina in London and at various workshops and festivals throughout Ireland.
