At the legendary Neptune lounge in the Flowing Tide, so called because 100 years ago, when the Liffey burst its banks, the cellar bar was submerged. Many Dublin ghosts frequent this bar and Herb will be singing to them, just as much as you.
The entry is free, but you might be encouraged to buy a CD after hearing Herb's musing....
