Two of Ireland’s exciting young talents join forces in this programme spanning a century of music. Pianist Michael McHale has established himself on the international stage as asoloist and chamber musician, while Kilkenny’s Patrick Rafter now ranks ‘amongst the greatest violinists’ (Alexander Baillie), mentioned in the same breath as Maxim Vengerov, Itzhak Perlman and Nigel Kennedy.
