The PRS Foundation’s Resonate fund supports UK orchestras in programming contemporary British music from the past 25 years.

The fund aims to inspire more performances, recordings, and broadcasts of significant modern repertoire. Financial grants of up to £10,000 are available for orchestras that include these works in their season or tour and audience development programmes. The initiative, in partnership with the Association of British Orchestras and supported by The Foyle Foundation, features an annually updated database of eligible pieces. Orchestras may apply to perform works not listed if they meet the programme’s criteria. BBC Radio 3 partners with Resonate to broadcast selected pieces. The application deadline is 1 October 2024.
