Young Curators Programme: Drop In Sessions

Monday, 16 September 2019, 5.00pm

hcmf//’s Young Curators Programme is aimed at developing talent and leadership amongst the music programmers, promoters and curators of the future. For this project hcmf// is looking to recruit a team of six, Kirklees-based young people, aged 18 – 30, who have some previous experience of organising performances or other artistic/cultural events in their local areas. This group will take part in a specially designed training programme where they will develop their skills as an artistic curator and be supported in creating new live events, some of which will be presented to audiences during hcmf// 2020.

We are looking for people to take part who have a passion for sound or music of any genre or perhaps visual or performance art.

Please contact Sophie Cooper (s.cooper [at] hud.ac.uk) for more information or attend one of our drop in events to get some advice and support with your application:
