Senior Manager, Marketing
Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts’ Marketing team is looking for a results-driven Senior Manager, Marketing. She / he / they would be guiding a team responsible for the strategy, planning, and implementation of marketing initiatives for Lincoln Center’s programs including Mostly Mozart Festival, Great Performers, White Light Festival, American Songbook, and more. She / he / they will be responsible for marketing across all channels – both traditional and digital – so interest and experience in digital marketing is key. She / he / they will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and manage a direct report.
Primary responsibilities:
– Oversee marketing planning and execution for Lincoln Center’s various performance series, membership campaigns, venue sales, and other programs
– Oversee advertising campaigns including defining target audiences, messaging, creative development, and optimization. Manage outside agencies to develop and deliver these effective, high impact campaigns in both traditional and digital efforts.
– Plan, implement, and analyze the marketing team’s social media advertising, paid content development and distribution, and Google AdWords account.
– Oversee and project manage the build, launch, and maintenance of websites for our performance series
– Work directly with Brand Design Services and our in-house video team on campaign asset creation and review.
– Oversee marketing planning, coordination of marketing assets, and collateral for Venue Sales
– Evaluate campaign shifts in season based on sales goals along with the performance marketing team including closely tracking digital campaigns against KPIs
– Measure and report on performance of all paid digital marketing campaigns for performance marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and more
– Oversee the distribution of collateral marketing materials and planning of program-related signage
– Set marketing plan deadlines, communicating with internal and external teams
– Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations with organizations, influencers, community groups, and more.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing with demonstrated leadership and supervision of staff
– Experience overseeing revenue-driving campaigns and using data to drive decisions
– Experience leading digital advertising campaigns including through Facebook and Google ad managers
– Excellent writing skills with a command of grammar and style
– Demonstrated commitment to the values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
– Solid knowledge of Google Analytics reporting
– Detail oriented and creative problem solver
– Excellent judgment, collegiality, and ability to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel
– Knowledge of Tessitura a plus
– Passion for the performing arts
