BIG BANG bubble

Saturday, 3 April 2021, 10.00am

In 2021, The Ark's exciting international music festival for young audiences returns as BIG BANG bubble, a series of interactive online events connecting young audiences to adventurous music from Ireland and abroad.

Over Easter weekend, soothe little ears with a gentle and playful concert of music and song from Fiona Kelleher and Irene Buckley in Soothe Songs, or upload your own rhythms and melodies to influence an interactive concert with electrifying Amsterdam band Tin Men and the Telephone. We've also got a live, interactive and intimate concert for a tiny audience of just one family by Scottish performer Greg Sinclair, A Piece of You. You can also enjoy a unique audio-visual adventure co-created by children from St. Christopher’s National School and musicians from Crash Ensemble in Nomad: Invented. With a diverse line-up of online events, there's something for everyone in BIG BANG bubble, including the release of the very first podcast created by members of our own Ark Children's Council!
