The BBC is inviting applications for freelance positions on the Accreditation Team for the 2025 BBC Proms season, running from 18 July to 13 September.

Based primarily at the Royal Albert Hall in London, team members will support the Live Events team by welcoming artists and production staff, managing accreditation processes, issuing passes, updating records, and carrying out event-related administrative tasks.

Applicants should have strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working in live events. Previous accreditation experience and good IT skills are advantageous. Successful candidates will join a freelance talent pool and may be offered shifts on a PAYE basis. Being in the talent pool does not guarantee work or lead to a permanent BBC contract. Applications are open to non-BBC staff only.
