The Royal College of Music (RCM) is hiring a Development Manager.

The post-holder will be responsible for their own portfolio of prospects and existing supporters of the RCM capable of giving at the five and six-figure + level, primarily individuals, as well as charitable trusts, and statutory and corporate sources.

Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the post-holder will develop and implement cultivation and solicitation strategies to help maximise the RCM’s income. The successful candidate will have a systematic approach to fundraising, with excellent attention to detail. They will have a successful track record of achieving five-figure + gifts from individual supporters and a track record of identifying and maintaining external relationships with key stakeholders.
