Piano Day 2020 Grand Piano Finale

Waterford International Piano Day March 28th 2020
“Tá an piano ag teacht”

The grand piano finale will present a line-up of international and local artists who collaborate specifically for Piano Day. Viva Sanchez from Ensemble Batida in Geneva will play the Goldberg Variations by Bach complemented by dance from an acclaimed break dancer Tobi Omoteso. Josė Salum will play a recital which is also part of his repertoire for the International Piano competition in Berlin this year. Killian Browne known from Backroad Smokers Club and The Speakeasies will astound us with his improvised and rehearsed pieces. It will be accompanied by corporeal poetry from Tobi Omoteso and a lyrical dancer Jess Rowell.
