BBC Studios Entertainment and Music is hiring an Executive Producer to support the Head of Department and the wider team in the Cardiff base. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing production base with a well established reputation for delivering high quality content across music, performing arts, events and factual entertainment. Projects will, in the first instance, include BBC Young Musician 2022 and a range of performance and documentary content. More broadly the role will support BBC Studios ambition to grow the base creating content for the BBC and the wider market place; as such there will also be a significant role to play across development and attracting new talent to come and work in Cardiff.

Are you the right candidate?
This is a senior editorial position and leadership role and we are seeking a dynamic, creative and experienced Executive Producer to help take the Cardiff base into a new era. The successful candidate will be someone with excellent broadcaster and commissioner relationships who has already established themselves as a maker of premium series of scale.
